Renstimate CRM is a contact, calendar, and task workspace built for landlords, property managers, and investors. It lives alongside the rent estimates you already run, so the comps you pulled for a property and the follow-up you owe its owner stay in the same account. See which plans include it.

Everything you need to work the pipeline

Not a general-purpose sales CRM with rental labels bolted on. These are the pieces a rental business actually touches every day.

One book of business

Keep landlords, tenants, and owners in a single contact list with company, email, phone, and notes on every record. Tag each contact by type so you can tell your renters from your owners at a glance.

A calendar for showings

Put showings, lease reviews, and owner calls on one calendar. Every appointment can link back to the contact it belongs to, and the month view marks the days that already have something on them.

Follow-ups with due dates

Give every follow-up a due date and a priority. Anything overdue or due today is pulled to the top of your dashboard, so a renewal conversation doesn't quietly slip a week.

A daily focus view

Open the CRM to a plain answer about what needs you today: overdue tasks, appointments on the calendar, and which contacts were added this week.

Notes that build history

Log a note after each call or showing to keep a running history on the contact. The next conversation starts where the last one ended instead of from memory.

Your embed leads, imported

Leads captured by your embedded rent estimate widget import straight into contacts in one click, already carrying the name, email, phone, and address the visitor submitted.

How to get started

From subscription to a working pipeline in four steps.

  1. 1

    Subscribe to any paid plan

CRM access switches on with Starter, Pro, and Agency. There is no separate CRM subscription and no add-on fee.

  2. 2

    Sign in once

Your Renstimate login carries over to the CRM at crm.renstimate.com. Same account, same password, no second signup.

  3. 3

    Bring in your contacts

Add contacts by hand, or import the leads your embedded rent estimate widget has already collected for you.

  4. 4

    Work the pipeline

Schedule the showing, set the follow-up, log the note. The dashboard keeps score so you don't have to hold it all in your head.

A CRM that already knows about rent

You are already pricing rentals in Renstimate. The pipeline attached to those properties may as well live in the same account.

Priced into the plan you already need

Most CRMs are a second subscription on top of whatever you use for pricing. Renstimate CRM is bundled into every paid plan, so the rent estimates and the pipeline come from one bill.

Built around rental work, not generic sales

Contact types are landlords, tenants, and owners. The calendar is for showings and lease reviews. Nothing needs renaming to fit how rental management actually runs.

Your lead capture already feeds it

If you run the Renstimate embed on your site, the rent estimate leads it collects become CRM contacts on demand, instead of sitting in an export you never get to.

No separate CRM bill

Starter, Pro, and Agency all include Renstimate CRM at no extra charge. The only thing that does not include it is pay-as-you-go search credits, which cover estimates but not an active subscription.

Renstimate CRM questions

Quick answers about access, pricing, and getting your contacts in.

Is Renstimate CRM included in my plan?

Yes. Every paid Renstimate plan — Starter, Pro, and Agency — includes the CRM at no extra charge. Pay-as-you-go search credits do not include CRM access, so you'll need an active subscription rather than credits alone.

Does the CRM cost extra?

No. There is no add-on fee and no per-seat upcharge on top of your subscription. If your plan is active, contacts, calendar, and tasks are available to you.

Where do I access the CRM?

The CRM runs at crm.renstimate.com. Sign in with your normal Renstimate account and your session carries across, so you won't be asked to log in twice. Once your plan is active, an "Open CRM" button also appears in the Renstimate header.

Can I import contacts I already have?

Leads collected through the Renstimate embed widget import into your contacts in one click, carrying over the name, email, phone, and address the visitor submitted. Other contacts can be added directly in the CRM.

Who is this CRM for?

Landlords, property managers, and investors who are already pricing rentals and need somewhere to track the people and follow-ups attached to those properties. If you manage a handful of units or a few hundred, the workflow is the same.

Can I keep tenants and owners separate?

Yes. Each contact is typed as a landlord, tenant, owner, or other, and your dashboard breaks down who is in your book by type.

Do tasks and appointments connect to contacts?

They can. A task or appointment can be linked to a contact, so opening that person shows you what is scheduled and what is outstanding with them.
