Renstimate does not sell your personal information. This page explains how we handle sharing, your opt-out rights, and how we honor privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Renstimate does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "sharing" includes making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, but only when you provide consent through our cookie banner.
Service providers that help us operate Renstimate (such as Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, and RentCast) process data on our behalf and are not considered a sale or share for advertising purposes.
You can opt out of analytics cookies and related sharing in any of the following ways:
- Click Reject All in our cookie consent banner
- Use the cookie preferences button in the bottom-right corner of the site to disable analytics cookies
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or extension — we honor GPC signals automatically and will confirm when your opt-out has been applied
- Submit a request through our Privacy Request Form
When you opt out — including through a GPC signal — we will confirm that your preference has been processed. Analytics and advertising storage remain disabled unless you later provide explicit consent through our cookie preferences.
California residents may also exercise privacy rights through an authorized agent with written permission. To submit a request, email support@renstimate.com or use our Privacy Request Form. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
